In 2008 I wandered into a yoga class at my local gym and found an amazing stillness that has captivated me ever since. I believe yoga can help us connect authentically with ourselves and others, help us heal our bodies and minds, and help us find that sweet spot of balance in our lives. Yoga is one of the greatest joys, challenges, and teachers in my life and I will be a lifelong student and practitioner.
I was privileged to complete my yoga teacher training (RYT-200), yin yoga teacher training with Carly Forest and Learn to Teach Meditation training with Mandy Trapp. I continue to learn from the many amazing teachers (yoga and writing and life teachers) who have shared their wisdom with me, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to walk this path of yoga with others who are on their journey.
