Reiki stimulates a person's own natural healing abilities, and is an excellent compliment to traditional medical therapies. It's a non-invasive form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and balance in mind, body, and spirit.

I’ve been a Reiki practitioner since 2015, when I took my level I training to learn how to work with energy. After seeing how Reiki helped me, my friends, and even my dog, I decided to continue my training and eventually became a Reiki Master Teacher. I love sharing this practice with as many people as I can.

Reiki Practitioner Certification

This course is wonderful for anyone interested in energy healing as well as wellness professionals, healthcare practitioners, yoga and fitness professionals, and energy workers. This training is open to anyone.

Usui Reiki Level 1

In this 5-hour session, you will receive your Level I reiki attunement, and receive the knowledge and skills needed to offer reiki to yourself and others. Reiki can empower you to facilitate relaxation, stress reduction, intuition development and physical and emotional wellness and balance for yourself and your loved ones. It’s a wonderful tool to have in your self care toolbox.

  • The history of Reiki

  • The chakras

  • The 5 Reiki principles

  • Reiki self treatment

Usui Reiki Level 2

In this 5-hour session, you will receive your Level 2 reiki attunement, and build on your foundational Reiki practice by expanding your skills and knowledge. You'll learn how to work with the Reiki symbols, conduct distance Reiki sessions, using crystals, and more.

Prerequisite: Reiki Level I certification
